The mounting clips are suitable for all types of Steel Grid and consist of upper and lower cards and M8 bolts. The method of welding and fixing is: on the first flat steel at each corner of the steel grating, the welding length is not less than 20mm and the fillet is not less than 3mm.
The method of fixing the mounting clip is: if the mounting clip is used for installation, it has the advantages of not damaging the zinc layer and convenient for disassembly, and the Steel Grating can be fixed by using the mounting clip provided by our factory, and at least four mounting clips should be used for each board. For larger panels it is preferred to install several more on the available supports.
